Armenia’s trade lending hits over amd 318 bln or 23.2% of credit portfolio in May

YEREVAN, June 27. /ARKA/. Armenian commercial banks’ lending of trade made up 23.2% of the total lending to the residents( in economic sectors) in May, according to the data published on the website of Armenian Central Bank.

Trade lending increased by 3.9% to 318.1 billion drams as of May 31 from April. Industry lending reported 23.4% of the total lending or over 321.6 billion drams.

Consumer credits totaled in nearly 255.1 billion drams, 18.6% of the total lending. Mortgage loans – 116.8 billion drams, construction- 98.3 billion drams, agriculture- 90.8 billion drams, transport and communication- 45.6 billion drams. ($1 – 418.02 drams).—0–
