YEREVAN, January 24. / ARKA /. VTB Bank (Armenia) was named the best partner of the Office of Financial Ombudswoman of Armenia in 2012, the bank said in a press release.

Financial Ombudsman Piruz Sargsyan handed a special certificate to a representative of VTB Bank (Armenia) at a ceremony marking the 4th anniversary of the Office of the Financial Ombudsman.
VTB Bank (Armenia) YCEO, Yuri Gusev, thanked the Office of the Financial Ombudsman.

“We view this Certificate as the outcome of responsible attitude to work.. We hope for continued and successful cooperation for the benefit of our common interests,” he said.

Financial Ombudsman’s Office of Armenia, established on January 24, 2009, is the first institution of such nature in the CIS. Its goal is to protect the interests and rights of the clients of banking system of Armenia, review their complaints, and enhance their trust towards financial system of the republic.
