Daily payments via Armenian Central Bank’s payment systems averaged 112.6bln drams in Q1

YEREVAN, June 26. /ARKA/. Average daily payments through payments systems of the Central Bank rose by 20% to 112.6 billion drams in the first quarter compared to the same period of 2012, says the Central Bank’s bulletin for Q1.

Some 20,000 payments were made every day, an increase of 7% against the same period of 2012.

Daily online payments (stock operations excluded) averaged 30.4 billion drams as of the end of the first quarter, a 7% increase against the same period of the year before.

Central Bank’s money transfers where credit and monetary instruments were used totalled 79 billion drams in the first quarter; there were 570 transfers made. ($1=410.70drams).  –0–
