Armenian Commercial Banks purchased over $104.5 mln last week

YEREVAN, July 9. /ARKA/. Armenian commercial banks purchased over $104.5 million at an average weighted rate of 410.26 drams per $1 from July 9 to 13  in intra-banking market of foreign currency, Armenia’s Central Bank reports on Monday.

At the same period, the banks obtained nearly 6.1 million euros and over 1 108 million rubles at average weighted exchange rates of 530.07 drams per €1 and 12.40 drams per 1 ruble respectively.
The banks sold about $108.9  million, nearly €13.8 million and around 105.2 million rubles at average weighted rates of 411.46 drams, 533.57 drams and 12.57 drams respectively.

Moreover, from July 1  to 7   the volume of AMD loans provided by the Armenian banks totaled 27.7 billion drams, and USD loans- $29 million. ($1 – 409.93  drams).—0-
