Gold purchasing price in Armenia drops by 2 percent

YEREVAN, October 21 / ARKA /. The State Depository of Precious Stones and Metals Agency, an affiliation of Armenian Finance Ministry, has set new prices for government agencies to buy and sell precious stones and metals which are effective for this week.

The new prices are for one gram of chemically pure metals.

The gold is to be bought at 15,513.03 drams, a 234.93 drams decline from the previous week and sold at 16,862.03 drams (-255.36); silver is to be bought at 257.31 drams (-7.41) and sold at 279.68 drams (-8,06); platinum is to be bought at 16,799.60 drams (+49,04) and sold at 18,260.43 drams (+53,3); palladium is to be bought at 8,624.19 drams (+100,59) and sold at 9,374.12 drams (+109.34).
