Inter-banking loans total AMD 67.7 billion in Armenia in late October 2013 – 26.9% year-on-year growth

YEREVAN, December 17. /ARKA/. Inter-banking loans, including repo transactions, totaled over AMD 67.7 billion in Armenia in late October 2013 – 26.9% year-on-year growth and 19.5% month-on-month growth, the Central Bank of Armenia says in its monthly report.

Inter-banking loans in foreign currencies amounted to 32.5 million in late October 2013 after shrinking 2.8%, compared with late October 2012.

According to the report, inter-banking loans in the national currency amounted to about AMD 35.2 billion – 76.9% growth.

Armenia to Receive €120 Million Loan and €15 Million Grant from KfW Bank for Power Grid Connection with Georgia
