Armenia’s minister of finance met with Fitch Ratings experts

YEREVAN, January 29. /ARKA/. Armenia’s minister of finance David Sargsyan met with Fitch Ratings expert group last Friday.

The expert group was in Armenia to have meetings and discussions to assess the country’s sovereign rating, the press office of the ministry of finance reported.

Among issues discussed were public financial administration and its priorities and main indicators. Factors influencing the sovereign rating were discussed at the meeting.

According to Fitch, Armenia’s long-term foreign and local currency Issuer Default Ratings is BB, outlook stable.–0–
