$72.7 million bought by commercial banks at Armenia’s intra-bank forex market

YEREVAN, March 10. /ARKA/. Commercial banks purchased more than $72.7 million at Armenia’s intra-bank forex market over a period between March 3 and 7 at AMD 413.43 per one dollar, the press office of the Central Bank of Armenia reports.

Banks also bought here about €4.4 million and more than 696.3 million Russian rubles over the same period at AMD 567.55 and AMD 11.32 accordingly.

They sold over $109.4 million, €12.2 million and 136.7 million at AMD 414.69, 571.99 and 11.49 accordingly.

The loans expended by Armenian banks in drams between February 24 and March 2 totaled 39.9 billion and dollar loans amounted to $61.1 million. ($1 – AMD 414.54).  —0—-
