US dollar rises 0.04 percentage point to 414.19 drams today

YEREVAN, March 12. / ARKA /. The average exchange rate of U.S. dollar rose by 0.04 percentage point today from March 11 at the local forex market to 414.94 drams, the Central Bank said.

The exchange rate of euro rose from 574.55 drams to 575.03 drams and that of Russian ruble dropped from 11.40 drams to 11.37 drams.

The average exchange rate of USD at NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange did not change from March 11 trading at 414.80 drams.

The exchange said a total of 27 transactions were effected today with USD worth $4.75 million (equivalent of about 2 billion drams). It said no deals with euro were made. -0-
