Share of Armenian commercial banks’ non-performing assets 5.88% in September

YEREVAN, November 26. /ARKA/. The share of non-performing and written down from banks’ balances assets was 5.88% in September 2014 after shrinking 0.29 percentage points, compared with the previous month, the Central Bank of Armenia reports at its website.

The share of Armenian residents’ non-performing and written down assets was 5.77% in September with dominance of consumer loans here – 1.57%.

Non-performing assets in trade sector had 0.7% here, processing industry 0.65% and construction 0.6.
There are no nonperforming assets in the financial sector.

Commercial banks’ assets totaled AMD 2 959.1 billion in late September.
