Transactions with Armenia’s Eurobonds totaling $3.4 million made at secondary market in September

YEREVAN, November 27. /ARKA/. Transactions with Armenia’s Eurobonds totaling $3.4 million were made at the secondary market in September 2014 against $4.78 million in August 2014, the Central Bank of Armenia says in a fresh issue of its monthly bulletin.

An average yield of the Armenian Eurobonds was 5.29% in September.

Deals with Armenian Eurobonds at the secondary market totaled $44.56 million in Jan-Sept 2014 with the average yield of 5.41%.

For the first time Armenia issued Eurobonds on September 19, 2013. The first issue amounted to $700 million. The then Eurobonds were seven-year with a 6% yield.

General underwriters were Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch, HSBC Bank plc and J.P.Morgan Securities plc. On January 31, debut Armenian Eurobonds got access to auctions at NASDAQ OMX Armenia. —-0—-
