Gunman attacks ProCredit Bank’s office in Armenia’s capital

YEREVAN, December 9. /ARKA/. A gunman with sports cap rushed into ProCredit Bank’s office in Yerevan’s Komitas Street on Tuesday and, turning his gun on the bank officers, took around 16,000 US dollars and 1,300,000 Armenian drams ($2,700) from there, according to shamshyan.com.

Investigation was launched into the bank robbery.

ProCredit Bank received his license from the Central Bank of Armenia on December 7, 2007.

ProCredit Holding holds 72.67% of the bank’s shares and KfW 12.88%. —0—
