USD drops by 0.8 percentage point over Armenian dram

YEREVAN, March 24, /ARKA/. The average market value of US dollar has grown today by 0.8 percentage points over the Armenian national currency from March 23 to 480.73 drams, the Central Bank said.

It said also the average market value of euro has grown from 536.99 drams to 537.12 drams and the average market value of the Russian ruble has fallen from 7.09 drams to 6.92 drams. No transactions with USD were effected at NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange today.

The first transaction at the exchange this year after a two-month break was effected on March 11 when a $100,000 transaction was made at 491 drams per one USD.-0-
