Armenian central bank auctions two issues of midterm government bonds worth AMD 11 billion

YEREVAN, May 3. /ARKA/. The Central Bank of Armenia auctioned Friday midterm bonds totaling AMD 11 billion, the regulator’s press office reports.

According to the report, AMGN60294216 series government bonds with 14.7170% weighted average return and April 29, 2021 maturity date and AMGN36294191 series bonds with 13.8877% weighted average return and April 29, 2019 maturity date were auctioned.

Bids on AMGN60294216 government bonds totaled AMD 12 billion 956 million. Competitive bids here amounted to AMD 11 billion 429 billion. The auction produced AMD 4 185 261 817 profit.

Bids on AMGN36294191 series government bonds totaled AMD 12 billion 957 million 200 thousand, where competitive bids amounted to AMD 11 billion 671 million. The auction brought 5 299 838 856 profit.
