Armenian central bank auctions 1.5 billion drams worth short-term government bonds

YEREVAN, August 1. /ARKA/. Armenia’s Central Bank has auctioned today 1.5 billion drams worth short-term government bonds of AMGT52317177 issue maturing in 52 weeks.

It said a total of 3.342 billion drams worth bids had been submitted, of which 2.950 billion drams worth bids were competitive.

The auction was attended by 4 dealers. The weighted average yield was 8.8950%, the cut-off point was 9.0000%. Profit after placement was said to have amounted to 1,376,224,888 drams ($ 1 – 476.13 drams). -0–
