Conversebank CEO Tigran Davtyan resigns

YEREVAN, August 3. /ARKA/. The CEO of Conversebank and chairman of its board Tigran Davtyan has resigned, the bank said in a statement today. It added that the name of the new chairman of the bank’s board will be known within the next 10 days.

Tigran Davtyan was appointed deputy CEO of the bank in April 2008. In August 2009 he was appointed acting CEO and chairman of the board. In December 2009 he was appointed CEO and chairman of the board.

Converse Bank was registered in 1993. It is owned by an Argentinean Armenian businessman Eduardo Eurnekian, who holds 95% of the stake and the Armenian Apostolic Church (5%).-0-
