The 12th issue of Araratbank nominal coupon bonds listed at NASDAQ OMX Armenia

YEREVAN, August 10, ARKA/. Starting from August 10, 2016, nominal coupon bonds issued by “ARARATBANK” OJSC will be listed at  NASDAQ OMX Armenia and included in the bonds’ secondary Bbond list, the stock exchange reported today.

It said the 12th issue of the ARARATBANK bonds comprises 40,000 coupon bonds with nominal value of AMD 10,000, coupon rate of 13.0% and maturity period of 24 months. The bonds (ISIN – AMARBKB2CER4) will be traded under ARBKB2C ticker symbol and will be allowed to manual and REPO trading as well.

ARARATBANK is one of the most active issuers at NASDAQ OMX Armenia. 11 issues of corporate bonds by the Company have been listed on the Exchange in 2007- 2016, 7 of which were successfully redeemed at their maturity. Currently, common nominal stocks of ARARATBANK (ARBK) are admitted to trading on NASDAQ OMX Armenia, while coupon bonds by the Company denominated in USD (ARBKB8, ARBKB9, ARBKB2A, ARBKB2B) are listed.

NASDAQ OMX Armenia is the new name of the Armenian Stock Exchange ojsc (renamed on January 27, 2009), however, it is also used to refer jointly to the stock exchange and the Central Depository of Armenia ojsc (CDA).

NASDAQ OMX Armenia and the CDA are the major securities market infrastructure institutions in Armenia. Since their inception in 2000, both companies had operated as self-regulatory organizations established by member broker companies, up until demutualization in 2007. -0-
