VTB Bank (Armenia) launches cal back service

YEREVAN, September 6. /ARKA/. To simplify the process of telephone services provided to its customers VTB Bank (Armenia) has launched a new Call Back service.

According to a bank press release, this service will enable customers to save resources and order a call back from the bank at a convenient time from 9: 30 in the morning to 7.30 in the evening on weekdays and from 10 in the morning to 5 in the afternoon on Saturdays. The service can be ordered not only in Armenia, but also from foreign countries.

The customers can also use this service in case they fail to reach out  the bank by requesting a call back on the bank’s website, after which the operator will immediately call back.

To order a call back one needs to visit vtb.am and fill out a short application, indicating one’s name, phone number and a convenient time.

VTB Bank (Armenia) was acquired fully by Russian VTB in 2004. It has the largest branch network of 67 offices in the country. -0-
