ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK updates application for servicing clients without queues

YEREVAN, December 7. /ARKA/. ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK said today that the updated and elaborated mobile application ACBA Ticket is now accessible in all its 58 branches. The mobile application was designed to free customers from the discomfort of waiting in long queues and save their time. It can be used by customers for pre-registration and getting the bank’s services in any convenient branch in the pre-selected day and hour.

The bank said given the workload of branches, the application offers customers the most convenient hours for being serviced in the selected branch. The app allows the customer to book a place in the queue by creating an online ticket, which gives the client a four-digit code. When at the branch, the client should enter this code in the queue management system before the selected hour. The bank said the ACBA Ticket application is available for phones operating on Android and iOS systems.

“We are working to constantly improve our services, making them as convenient for customers as possible. By using modern technologies, we try our best to save your time,” the bank said in a press release.

ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK CJSC (formerly the Bank for Peasant Mutual Assistance of Armenia, ACBA) was founded in 1995 as part of the European Union’s TACIS program. In September 2006, the French Banking Group Credit Agricole became the largest shareholder of the bank, making significant investments in capital. –0–
