Eurasian Development Bank ready to expand operations in Armenia

YEREVAN, August 16. /ARKA/. Armenia’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan received today the Chairman of the Board of the Eurasian Development Bank (EDB) Andrei Belyaninov, the government press office said.

It said Pashinyan appreciated highly the cooperation between Armenia and the EDB emphasizing the importance of steps for further development of the partnership. He stressed that the Armenian government is interested in implementing new joint investment projects and enhancing the effectiveness of bilateral cooperation.

Belyaninov added on his part that the bank wants to expand its operations in Armenia , and he is ready to discuss this. The two men were said to have also discussed a set of other issues related to bilateral promising relations. -0-
