IDBank to redeem and repay first issue bonds totaling $5 million

YEREVAN, December 12. /ARKA/. IDBank will redeem and repay today the first issue bonds via cashless transfer to individuals and legal entities’ bank accounts, the press office of the bank reported on Wednesday.

IDBank’s first issue amounted to $5 million and maturity period was 24 months.

Coupon payment was made once in every six months.

The bank said that on November 22 it issued the sixth tranche of bonds, and payments on them will be made quarterly. Their maturity term is two years and three months, and yield is 5.25%.

The bonds will be on sale from December 28 at any branch of the bank.

Investments in bonds, just as deposits, are secured by the Deposit Guarantee Fund of Armenia.

IDBank was established on July 9, 1990, and registered as Anelik Bank CJSC on October 1, 1991.

In May 2017, Anelik Bank carried out re-branding and renamed IDBank.

Today the bank has two shareholders – FISTOCO LTD with 59.7% and “CreditBank S.A.L.” with 40.3%. -0–
