ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK recognized as winner in the category “The Best HR-Digital Project of the Year in the CIS”

YEREVAN, April 15. /ARKA/. The ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK was recognized as the winner in the category “The Best HR-Digital Project of the Year in the CIS» of a competition that was part of the conference on human resources “HR-TECH 2019”.

“Successfully introducing SAP HCM and SuccessFactors software, we used the best international experience in personnel management. Developing the professional skills of the bank employees and improving the work efficiency are our priorities,” said Hakob Andreasyan, CEO of the bank.

According to him, the award testifies to the correctly chosen direction of the bank’s development.
Last year, ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK launched a large-scale digitalization process in the market of corporate solutions with a leading global company SAP. As part of the bank’s digitalization a single digital management system was created, for more than 1,500 employees that not only contributes to staff efficiency, but also attracts new employees and helps develops their careers.
