First ever trade transaction with corporate Eurobonds effected at Armenia Securities Exchange

YEREVAN, September 4. /ARKA/. For the first time in the history of Armenia’s regulated securities market a trade transaction to the tune of 600 thousand US dollars was effected on the trading floor of corporate Eurobonds of the Armenia Securities Exchange (AMX).

Eurobonds of Ardshinbank CJSC (XS2080321198), which were issued in the international capital market by “Dilijan Finance BV”, were also listed on the Armenia Securities Exchange.

The annual coupon yield of these 5-year Eurobonds totaling $300 million is 5.5%. The minimum lot for buying a security is $200,000.

AMX | Armenia Securities Exchange is Armenia’s only securities exchange, and it also runs the Central Depository of Armenia, helping investors raise capital for 18 years.
