Armenia’s 12-month inflation in December 2020 was 3.7 percent

YEREVAN, January 14. /ARKA/. Armenia’s consumer prices in December 2020 grew by 3.7% compared to December 2019, according to the National Statistical Committee (NSC).

It said also that 2020 December inflation was up 3.4% from the previous month of November.

The inflation in January-December 2020 was up 1.2% compared to the same period in 2019.

The 2020 budget projected 4.8% growth. It was later revised downward to 7.9%. The inflation in 2020 budget is set at 4% (± 1.5%). -0-
