AraratBank acts as a market maker for FINCA UCO bonds

YEREVAN, March 7, /ARKA/. The AMD denominated coupon bonds issued by FINCA UCO CJSC and underwritten by ARARATBANK OJSC on February 14, 2022, will be listed on the Armenia Securities Exchange on March 9, 2002.

Please be reminded that the nominal value of AMD denominated bonds is AMD 10,000 with 36-month maturity period and 12% annual yield. In total, 140,000 AMD denominated bonds with the volume of AMD 1,400,000,000 have been underwritten. The issued bonds have been assigned the code of AMFNCAB27ER1 and have been included in the Abond list.

“Nominal coupon bonds of FINCA UCO will be available in the secondary market as from March 9 this year,” – said Anahit Shakaryan, Head of the Investment Banking Department of AraratBank. -0-
