Ria Money Transfer recognizes AraratBank Partner of the Year in Armenia

YEREVAN, March 31, /ARKA/. For the third year running, AraratBank has been awarded Partner of the Year 2021 in Armenia by Ria Money Transfer.

The criteria applied by Ria Money Transfer included, among others, the volume and number of transactions, quality of service, compliance with MLTF requirements, and efficiency of joint campaigns.

“We are pleased that this year we have been once again awarded the Partner of the Year by Ria Money Transfer system, which is equally pleasant and binding. In the current geopolitical situation, we will seek to maintain our position and ensure sustained growth of indicators,” commented Zaruhi Melkonyan, Head of the International Operations Department at AraratBank.

The combined loan portfolio of 17 Armenia-based commercial banks upped  by 6.11% in Q2 2025 compared to Q1 2025, amounting to AMD 6.82 trillion, according to a ranking compiled by  the ARKA news agency.

Armenia’s total public debt exceeds $13.8 billion

As of June 30, 2025, Armenia's total public debt amounted to $13,852,137 million, which is an increase of $116,520 million compared to May 31, 2025.
