Government grants preferential mortgages to 525 army officers

YEREVAN, July 28. /ARKA/.  The Armenian government at a meeting on Thursday approved a decision to grant preferential mortgages to 526 career army and warrant officers.

In addition, officers who entered military schools before July 1, 2022 and will continue contractual service will have the right to get a preferential mortgage within five years.

Deputy Prime Minister Hambardzum Matevosyan reminded that the government undertakes to pay 10% of the principal amount of the mortgage loan and 3% of 7% interest rate. -0-
