Ranking of Armenian banks by loan portfolio size for the first 9 months of 2024 

YEREVAN, October 21. /ARKA/. The loan portfolio of the Armenian banking system, net of reserves, increased by 14.5% or 382.4 billion drams over the first 9 months and amounted to 5,758.4 billion drams as of September 30, 2024. Based on the data received, “ARKA’’ news agency publishes a ranking of Armenian banks by the size of their loan portfolio. 

According to the ranking of the “ARKA’’ news agency, as of September 30, 2024, Ameriabank holds the leading position in the banking system in terms of loan portfolio. The bank’s lending volume (excluding reserves) reached 1,130.4 billion drams (growth – 14.8%). 

Ardshinbank is in second place, with a net loan portfolio of 848.5 billion drams (growth of 26.3%). 

In third place is ACBA Bank, whose loan portfolio amounted to 601.2 billion drams (growth – 11.6%).
