On September 20 Yerevan to host exclusive event “Investments: Real Estate vs. Stock Market”

YEREVAN, September 17. /ARKA/. A novel and engaging event is set to occur in Yerevan, designed to showcase the two most favored investment avenues: real estate and the stock market.

During this event, speakers will share their experiences, arguments, and insights, assisting participants in determining which investment direction is more lucrative.

The real estate investment perspective will be represented by:

Sargis Nersesyan, the Director of Mixxup Real Estate Company.

With over 15 years of experience, he has been involved in the research, development, and management of various investment projects. Currently leading Mixxup, he leverages his expertise to aid clients in making sound and informed investment choices.

The stock market investment perspective will be presented by:

Erik Soghoyan, Senior Financial Advisor at Freedom Broker Armenia.

Soghoyan, who holds a Master’s degree in Financial Management, focuses on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), leveraged buyouts (LBO), valuation, and strategic decision-making. He possesses FP&A experience in both banking and government sectors, and has collaborated with the Central Bank of Armenia on initiatives designed to enhance financial accessibility. He presently provides consulting support to clients of Freedom Broker Armenia.
