Capital of credit institutions in Armenia increased by 10.8% in 2025, exceeding 453.8 billion drams

YEREVAN, February 24. /ARKA/. The total capital of Armenia’s credit institutions at the end of 2025 amounted to 453.9 billion drams, an increase of 10.84% ​​compared to 2024, according to the consolidated financial report of the country’s credit institutions.

As of December 31, 2025, the total capital structure was divided into authorized capital of 267.3 billion drams, accumulated profit of 162.1 billion drams, reserves of 17.2 billion drams, and share premium of 6.7 billion drams.

Thus, approximately 59% of the total capital is accounted for by the authorized capital, and over 35% by accumulated profit.

The top three largest credit institutions by total capital as of the end of 2025 were: Bnakaran Yeritasardnerin (BNAK) with 196.8 billion drams, National Mortgage (NM) with 58.7 billion drams, and ACBA-Leasing with 33.5 billion drams. These institutions account for approximately 63.7% of the system’s capital.
