“Araratbank” to pay annual 4.17% dividends to shareholders by the results of 2010

YEREVAN, June 22. /ARKA/. Armenian Araratbank will pay dividends to its shareholders by the results of 2010 – about 208 drams per share, said Chairman of Board of Araratbank Ashot Osipyan.

“For the payment of the dividends 20% of the received net income in 2010 will be allocated which made 1279 million dollars. Profitability of one share is 4.17% or about 208 drams per share”, he said.

The amount allocated for the payment of the dividends of the shareholders is 248.5 million drams.

Net income of one share was 1123 drams. “Increase of 229% is recorded this year”, he said.

Payment of dividends will be implemented in a month. “The shareholders can visit the head office and branches of Araratbank and receive their dividends”, he said.

Open JSC “Araratbank” – legal successor of the bank “Armsvyaz” was established in 02.09.1991. On October 31, 1996 the Bank received banking license N4. Shareholders of the Bank are EBRD with the share of 25%. In charter capital of the Bank 74.18% of shares belong to Barsegh Beglaryan, the main shareholder, large entrepreneur, owner of the company “Flash”. Less than 1% belongs to other shareholders.
