YEREVAN, November 27. /ARKA/. More than 20 officers from the 102nd Russian military base in Armenia, included in a special ‘military mortgage’ program designed for army personnel wishing to buy housing received today certificates for obtaining mortgage loans, the press service of the Southern Military District said.
It said each of them chose the region in the Russian Federation to acquire a permanent housing. This year the most popular places to live are the southern regions of Rostov , Volgograd and Krasnodar.
The career army officers have chosen also the credit organization.
“Compared to last year the number of army officers from the military base who obtained departments through this program has doubled,” the South Militarty District said.  -0-
