Armenia’s Central Bank places short-term government bonds worth 500 million drams

YEREVAN, May 6. /ARKA/. The Central Bank of Armenia placed short-term government treasury bonds worth 500 million drams Monday, the press office of the central bank reported.

It was bonds of AMGT52045158 series and of maturity period of 52 weeks, according to the report.

The total bid volume amounted to 2,102 million drams, including 1,942 mln under non-competitive bids.

Six trades participated in the auction. Average weighted yield was 8.0656%, with cutting point at 8.0941%. Profit after placement amounted to 462,298,426 drams. ($1=413.81drams).  –0-
