Finca increases its authorized capital to 4.9 billion drams

YEREVAN, June 13. / ARKA /. Finca universal credit organization said it has increased its authorized capital by 414.2 million drams to 4.9 billion drams.

It said the fresh funds came from its sole shareholder -FINCA Microfinance Coöperatief UA. It said also the increase in the authorized capital is due to the improved indicators of capital adequacy. It said another replenishment of the authorized capital is expected in the summer of 2015.

Finca’s assets as of April 1, 2014 stood at 26.2 billion drams, liabilities at 21.4 billion drams, credit investments at more than 23.5 billion drams, and its capital at about 4.8 billion AMD.

In the first quarter it reported a net profit of about 35 million drams, which was 13 percent less than in the first quarter of 2013 ($ 1 – 411.75 drams). .-0-
