Gold price ups 1.1 percent in Armenia to 15,538 drams

YEREVAN, June 23. / ARKA /. The State Depository of Precious Stones and Metals Agency, an affiliation of Armenian Finance Ministry, has set new prices for government agencies to buy and sell precious stones and metals which are effective for this week.

The new prices are for one gram of chemically pure metals.

The gold is to be bought at 15,538.28 drams (up 172.2 drams) and sold at 16,889.43 drams (up 187.17 drams); silver is to be bought at 241.14 drams (up 6.59 drams) and sold at 262.11 drams (up 7.27 drams); platinum is to be bought at 17,523 89 drams (down 243.5) and sold at 19,047.71 drams (down 264.67 drams); palladium is to be bought at 9,950.67 drams (down 306.01 drams) and sold at 10,815.95 drams (down 332.62 drams).
