National mortgage company places 1.2 billion drams worth corporate bonds

YEREVAN, July 15, /ARKA/. On June 24, 2014 placement of the 11th issue of corporate bonds by “National Mortgage Company” Refinancing Credit Organization CJSC (NMC RCO) took place at NASDAQ OMX Armenia, head of the company, Mher Yedigaryan said today.

He said the company submitted for placement 120,000 coupon bonds with nominal value of AMD 10,000, coupon yield of 12% and maturity period of 60 months.

Purchase orders for a total of AMD 2,597,801,450 were placed for the company’s bonds, as a result of which the bonds were fully placed. The issuer has attracted AMD 1,207,800,730 from placement. Cut price of the bonds was AMD 10,000.08, weighted average yield was 11.824% and the cut yield stood at 11.9998%.

Currently three issues of corporate bonds by NMC are admitted to trading and outstanding at NASDAQ OMX Armenia.

National Mortgage Company RCO CJSC was registered in the Central Bank of Armenia by the decision N 1/1167A of the board of the Central Bank of Armenia dated October 19, 2011 Registration certificate N 26, Activity License N 26).
