ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK opens 56th «Teryan” branch in Yerevan

YEREVAN, June 1. / ARKA /. ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK has opened today its 56th ‘Teryan’ branch, located at 7, Sayat-Nova street in downtown Yerevan.

“The opening of Teryan branch is another step in the bank’s program designed to enhance and improve its branch network. This is the second branch, opened in Yerevan this year and the fourth in the country. This year, the bank plans to open two more branches in the provinces “, ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK said in a news release.

The new branch is furnished with extensive technical capabilities to simplify and make the process of using banking services by customers more enjoyable.  It will operate a cash accepting terminal which citizens can use to make various transactions, particularly, pay their electricity, gas, water, fixed and mobile telephony bills and also repay  loans, replenish their current and card accounts as well as deposits.
According to the news release, no commission will be charged for transactions made by using cash accepting terminals.

From June 1 through July 3 customers can visit the Teryan branch to claim for loans and lines of credit at a reduced rate of 1%. The interest rate will be one percent higher for clients replenishing their deposits within this time span.  Besides, customers who will order American Express Blue cards will be served free for one year.

The new branch will offer all the services available at ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK, according to the news release.

ACBA was established in 1996 as part of EU’s TACIS program. As a result of a long-term and mutually beneficial cooperation between ACBA Bank and the French Credit Agricole the latter became the biggest shareholder of ACBA in 2006, September. ACBA was restructured, becoming a closed joint stock company and was renamed ACBA CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK.-0-
