US dollar rises 0.37 percentage point over Armenian dram

YEREVAN, September 9. / ARKA /. The cost of US Dollar against Armenian dram has grown today by 0.37 percentage point from September 8 to 485.55 drams, the Central Bank reported.

It said also the cost of euro has grown from 541.46 drams to 542.65 drams and the cost of Russian ruble has grown from 7.08 drams to 7.17 drams.

At NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange the greenback traded today at 486 drams, a 0.1% p.p. rise from September 8.

The exchange said also a total of 19 transactions with US Dollars were effected today worth $2.7 million (the equivalent of 1.3 billion drams). No transactions with euros were made, it said.-0-
