US dollar drops by 0.86 percentage points to 472.85 drams

YEREVAN, October 1. / ARKA /. The cost of US Dollar against Armenia’s currency has dropped today by 0.86 percentage points from September 30 to 472.85 drams, the Central Bank said.

It said also the cost of Euro has fallen from 531.36 drams to 527.13 drams, while the cost of Russian ruble has remained unchanged at 7.25 drams.

At NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange the USD traded at 473.48 drams, a 0.1% rise from the previous indicator.

The exchange said also 18 transactions with USD were effected worth $2.65 million (the equivalent of 1.2 billion drams). It said no transactiosn with euros were made.-0-
