Ardshinbank and INGO ARMENIA recognized best organizations cooperating with Armenian financial ombudsman in 2015

YEREVAN, January 25. /ARKA/. Ardshinbank and INGO ARMENIA insurance company are recognized the best organizations cooperating with the Armenian financial ombudsman office in 2015, Armenian Financial Ombudsperson Piruz Sargsyan said Monday at a news conference.

“When choosing these two organizations, we took into account a number of parameters, including terms of consideration of complaints, cooperation quality, the share of the disputes settled amicably in the number of cases etc,” she said.

Roza Pedanyan, an employee of Ardshinbank, was named the best officer in the banking sector and
Hayk Mangoyan, the chief of INGO ARMENIA CJSC’s unit in change of compensations, was named the best officer in insurance segment.

Sargsyan also awarded prizes and gifts to four winners of the quiz in social networks, in which 90 people have taken part.

“Questions about the financial ombudsman’s activity were asked to all the visitors of our resources in social networks,” she said. “It was possible to find answers on our official website. We tried to enhance young people and active audience’s awareness of our office’s activity.” –0—
