Gold buying price down 1.1 percent

YEREVAN, June 14. /ARKA/. The State Depository of Precious Stones and Metals Agency, an affiliation of Armenian Finance Ministry,  set new prices for government agencies to buy and sell precious stones and metals which were effective from June 6 to June 12, 2016. The new prices were for one gram of chemically pure metals.

The gold was to be bought at 17,201.17 drams (down 189.18 drams from the previous week) and sold at 18,696.93 drams (down 205.63 drams); silver was to be bought at 226.50 drams (down 3.85 drams) and sold at 246.20 drams (down 4.18 drams); platinum was to be bought at 13,726.63 drams (down 419.52 drams ) and sold at 14, 920.25 drams (down 456 drams); palladium was to be bought at 7,683.57 drams (up 215.45 drams ) and sold at 8,351.71 drams (up 23.31 drams).
