Gold buying price down 1.3 percent

YEREVAN, September 14. /ARKA/. The State Depository of Precious Stones and Metals Agency, an affiliation of Armenian Finance Ministry, has set new prices for government agencies to buy and sell precious stones and metals which were effective from September 5 to September 11. The new prices were for one gram of chemically pure metals.

The gold was  to be bought at 18, 454.70 drams (down 1.3% or  234.26  drams from the previous period) and sold at 20,059.46 drams (down 1.3% or 254.62 drams); silver was  to be bought at 262.95 drams (down by 0.91 drams) and sold at 285.82 drams (down 0.99 drams); platinum was to be bought at 14,820.54 (down 552.63 drams) and sold at 16.109 drams (down 600.68 drams); palladium was  to be bought at 9,500.35 drams (down 250.41 drams) and sold at 10,326.47 drams (down 272.18 drams) ($1- 474.14 drams). –0—-
