Coupon bonds by Global Credit UCO CJSC placed at Nasdaq OMX Armenia

YEREVAN, November 24. /ARKA/. On November 23, 2017 placement of nominal coupon bonds issued by “GLOBAL CREDIT” UCO CJSC took place at NASDAQ OMX Armenia. The Company submitted for placement two issues of coupon bonds with the total nominal value of USD 1,000,000 (GLBLB5) and AMD 300,000,000 (GLBLB6), NASDAQ OMX Armenia said.

The first issue of bonds included 10,000 coupon bonds (GLBLB5) with nominal value of USD 100, coupon rate of 7% and maturity period of 3 years. The second issue includes 30,000 coupon bonds (GLBLB6) with nominal value of AMD 10,000, coupon rate of 10% and maturity period of 1 year.
Placement results for GLBLB5 bonds: 20 transactions were concluded during the placement. The bonds were fully placed, as a result of which the Issuer has attracted USD 1,000,410.4 from placement. Cut-off price of the bonds was USD 100, weighted average yield was 6.9846% and the cut-off yield stood at 7%.

Placement results for GLBLB6 bonds: Five transactions were concluded during the placement. The bonds were fully placed, as a result of which the Issuer has attracted AMD 300,025,879.8 from placement. Cut-off price of the bonds was AMD 10,000, weighted average yield was 9.9908% and the cut-off yield stood at 10%. The placement was carried out by “RENESA” CJSC, which will also act as a market-maker after the bonds listing.
