Inecobank listed bonds worth 5 million us dollars on NASDAQ OMX Armenia

YEREVAN, September 28. /ARKA/. Today Inecobank listed 5 million USD denominated coupon bonds on NASDAQ OMX Armenia Exchange’s Abond List.

The company listed 50,000 coupon bonds with a nominal value of USD 100, coupon rate of 5.25% and a 36-months maturity period. The bonds will be traded under the INECB2 ticker symbol (ISIN – AMINECB22ER8) and will be allowed to manual and REPO trading as well.

Inecobank was registered on February 7, 1996. Its shareholders are A. Baloyan. – 30%, K. Safaryan – 25.92%, EBRD – 22.7% and agRIF Coopeartief U.A – 10.01%.

NASDAQ OMX Armenia (former Armenian Stock Exchange, Armex), was established in 2001 as a voluntary merger of broker (dealer) companies. In early November 2007, the stock market was reorganized into an open joint stock company. In January 2008, Nordic exchange operator OMX Group acquired 100% of shares of the Armenian Stock Exchange (Armex) and in June 2009 it became the sole shareholder of the Central Depository of Armenia (CDA).

After NASDAQ and OMX merged in March 2008, Armex and CDA have become fully owned by the NASDAQ OMX Group, Inc. On November 7, 2005, the Central Bank of Armenia provided a license authorizing the stock exchange to hold forex auctions. –0—

The average market exchange rate of the US dollar to the Armenian dram, as of April 2, 2025, rose by 0.06 points compared to April 1, reaching 391.16 drams.

Central Bank leaves refinancing rate unchanged taking into account high uncertainty in US economic policy

The Central Bank of Armenia decided today to leave the refinancing rate unchanged at 6.75% taking into account a set of factors such as  the continued high uncertainty surrounding the US economic policy, declining confidence in the global economy, growth slowdown and  a possible  weakening demand in Armenia, the head of the regulator Martin Galstyan said at a press conference on Tuesday.

Euro and ruble exchange rates to the Armenian dram fell, the dollar rose

The average market exchange rate of the US dollar to the Armenian dram, formed on the Armenian currency market as of June 6, 2025, increased by 0.06 points compared to June 5 and amounted to 383.46 drams.
