Armenian central bank’s assets total AMD 1.8 trillion by late June 2019

YEREVAN, September 24. /ARKA/. The Central Bank of Armenia has provided figures of the financial situation for the first half of this year. The regulator says in its report that its assets totaled over AMD 1,799,599,671,000 as of June 30, 2019 against AMD 1,806,159,872,000 in late December 2018.

Assents in foreign currencies amounted to AMD 1,152,626,870,000 against AMD 1,187,904,399,000, while assets in drams totaled AMD 646,972,801,000 against AMD 618, 255,473, 000.

The central bank’s liabilities totaled AMD 1,794, 923, 628,000 against AMD 1,803,204,546,000.
Liabilities in foreign currencies amounted to AMD 626, 357, 142,000 (AMD 672, 035, 806,000) and liabilities in drams to 1, 168,566, 486,000 (AMD 1,131,168,740,000). ($1 – AMD 476.26). -0—
