Armenian central bank leaves refinancing rate unchanged

YEREVAN, March 16. /ARKA/. Armenian Central Bank’s Executive Board has decided today to leave the refinancing rate unchanged at 5.5%.

According to the press service of the regulator, the interest rate on its pawn repo remained at the level of 7%, and the rate on funds attracted by the Central Bank from other banks at 4%.

The Central Bank of Armenia last revised the refinancing rate on February 2, 2021, increasing it by 1.0 percentage points, to 5.25%. -0-
