Central Bank of Armenia lowers refinancing rate to 8.5%

YEREVAN, March 12. /ARKA/. The Central Bank of Armenia has cut today the refinancing rate by 0.25 percentage points, setting it at 8.5%, the regulator’s press service reports.

It has also lowered  the lombard repo rate to 10% and the loan attraction rate to 7%.

This is the 7th lowering of the refinancing rate since June last year. The previous one was was on January 30, 2024. -0-
