Marketing in business management: Acba Business Club

YEREVAN, June 28. /ARKA/. At the Acba business club, entrepreneurs discussed the role of marketing in business and the opportunities it provides, created a model of a marketing strategy, and also established new business connections and discussed new business ideas.

The guest of the Acba Business Club was Magda Markosyan, founder-director of the MAROG company, a specialist in marketing communications and management, who, in a conversation with members of the Acba Business Club, highlighted industry trends and models and spoke about the features of marketing.

“One of the features of this meeting is that businessmen have created a marketing strategy on a “test” business and will apply the knowledge gained in their business. After each meeting, we develop new partnerships and collaborations. Businesses have the opportunity to expand connections, as well as further transform ideas that arose during discussions into new business ideas,” noted Armine Tumanyan, head of the non-financial services department of Acba Bank.

“Marketing is the driving force of business, and if we don’t look at it from a management and strategic perspective, we will face recurring problems. Our goal is to understand what problems each organization faces from its own perspective, what goals it pursues, and what strategy should be developed within its framework. The Acba Business Club is a good example of community building, and I believe that this format can have a big impact on this area in two or three years and will solve big problems,” said Magda Markosyan.

Akba was the first in the banking system to create a business club of this format with the goal of developing entrepreneurship and creating a new business culture that unites the business community of Armenia and becomes an important platform for exchanging experiences and discussing business topics.
