Pashinyan and head of IMF Armenian mission discuss tax policy and administration 

YEREVAN, 19 September. /ARKA/. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan received on Thursday a delegation led by IMF mission chief for Armenia Iva Petrova, the press service of the government reported.   

The Prime Minister stressed the importance of cooperation with IMF for the benefit of economic development and preservation of stability in the country.  

Pashinyan stressed that preservation of macroeconomic stability and long-term economic development is a priority for the government, and the steps and reforms in this direction will be consistent.   

During the meeting the interlocutors touched upon the budgetary, monetary and currency policies, as well as tax policy and administration.   

Iva Petrova highlighted the process of reforms towards the improvement of the financial sector, investment environment in order to preserve the economic activity. -0-
