Armenia Stock Exchange launches updated version of GP.Minfin system

YEREVAN, 28 October. /ARKA/. Armenia Stock Exchange said today it has  launched an updated version of the GP.Minfin system, which enables Armenian citizens and foreign investors to buy and sell Armenian government bonds more easily and securely.

As is known, the Armenia Stock Exchange is the operator of the online gp.minfin.am platform for the direct (retail) sale of government treasury bonds of the Ministry of Finance. This modernization is part of AMX’s ongoing strategy to simplify, enhance and broaden access to investments.

The system has several changes and improvements. It has been fully redesigned with a modern, user-friendly interface, new functional features have been added, and it now complies with international information security requirements. Previously, investors could only register using an ID card or through an operator, but now investors can register in the system via the “I am” national identification platform. This platform enables citizens to register using an ID card, mobile ID, email or through an operator.

Through the newly updated system, investors can now easily track the status of their applications, download reports, and update their personal information. Additionally, the system now displays real-time Central Bank exchange rates, government bond data from the Armenian Stock Exchange website, available on the exchanges’s secondary market, as well as a bond yield calculator to support informed investment decisions.

To make exchange rate calculations more accessible for foreign investors, the new system has also introduced a currency exchange calculator. The new update is available in a bilingual version (Armenian and English), allowing foreign investors to easily register on the platform, open a local currency account, and conduct transactions through partner banks.

In the process of enhancing and modernizing the gp.minfin system, special attention has been given to information security and user data protection. Investors’ personal information and transactions are fully protected due to multi-layered encryption and security protocols.

AMX invites you to explore new investment opportunities. The enhanced GP.Minfin system simplifies and broadens access to government bond investments for both Armenian citizens and foreign investors. Join the platform today to leverage the new system’s benefits for a secure financial future. Visit gp.minfin.am, register, and gain direct access to government bonds. Take control of your financial future with confidence and advanced digital tools.-0-
